  1. ok, I just wonder if rear passat springs will fit cause rear suspension differs from passat and I wonder if ride height will be same front and rear. Any ideas how to sort ac?
  2. Hi, I’ve got two issues with my Superb and could use some solid advice. 1) AC not working System has refrigerant – it was missing about 60g, so nothing major. The problem is the compressor doesn’t run at all (0 A, 0 rpm). Here are the faults: VCDS: Address 08: Auto HVAC Labels: None Control Module Part Number: ----------- HW: ----------- Component and/or Version: Climatronic 0709 Software Coding: 0000000000 Work Shop Code: WSC 00000 000 00000 ASAM Dataset: EV_Climatronic A01010 (SK46) ROD: EV_ClimaAutoBasis_SK46.rod VCID: 6FED66BBB69D05E323-803A 3 Faults Found: 9481988 - Air Quality Sensor B10AF 04 [00001001] - Internal System Fault Confirmed - Tested Since Memory Clear Freeze Frame: Fault Priority: 3 Fault Frequency: 254 Reset counter: 133 Mileage: 247154 km Date: 2026.02.07. I don’t know if the Climatronic panel was replaced before. The Columbus unit is dead, not sure if that could affect the AC (I assume no, but mentioning just in case). What stands out: “control module not coded” “first run-in not performed” compressor completely inactive Where would you start: coding, basic settings, or checking compressor power supply straight away? 2) Mild lowering (daily use) I want to lower the car slightly, around 15–20 mm, nothing extreme. Thinking about springs from Passat B6 Sportline (around -19 mm). Questions: has anyone done this swap on Superb? how’s the comfort compared to stock? is it plug & play or are there any issues? No coilovers – it’s a daily, just want it a bit lower but still comfortable. Thanks in advance for any useful input 👍
