    Hi I’m new here, hoping somebody can help me I have a 2021 SE-L I’m experiencing intermittent issues with Apple CarPlay where it won’t open. I have to completely power down the infotainment system to resolve. I believe OTS updates should happen, whichever I’ve had the notification for a few times which I’ve accepted but I believe it’s still out of date. The car went in for a full service today I mentioned it to the dealer and even though the car is in warranty (Škoda approved used) they stated that for them to update it I would have to pay. Surely this can’t be correct? Any help / advise would be greatly appreciated.
