Sadly neither option has changed anything. Someone else has suggested replacing the screen as it’s a cheap item, so I will try that!

Hey everyone, I'm having the exact same issue! Screen won't turn on, but is fine when I get a phonecall or go into reverse. I've tried the hard reset, and the "whack" method that worked above, but nothing so far! Any other solutions?

Hi there, Yesterday when I turned on my car, I noticed the infotainment system screen was blank. On pressing the power button, it wouldn't turn on. What is strange is that if I receive a phonecall or go into reverse, it will power on temporarily to cater for these things, and then immediately turn off again. I've tried holding the power button for a reset, but no result from this. Any ideas what could be causing this selective power off?
