  1. Well, started the car to go down town and got Automatic Headlights System failure warning. What??? Eeeek!!!!😲😲 Pulled mirror housing off and connector for rain sensor was out. Must have dislodged when tidying wires under head lining.. Reconnected. Working. Phew.

Anyone know an source for an online parts catalogue for the Karoq? With diagrams and part numbers. Thanks

Don't know, but any of those you mentioned will be fine, as well as Mann.
  4. Guys Today I fitted my dashcam from my previous car to the Karoq. My car has a rain sensor, so I decided to power it using a FitDvr adapter. This piggybacks into the wiring to the sensor and gives switched power, so no parking mode. Dongar also do a fitment for our cars, but were out of stock at the time. I took my time, ensuring proper connection and no damage to mirror shroud. It was dead easy. One thing to note is that the power doesn't switch off until 30s or so after you lock car and comes on when you open the door. For a video, watch FitDvr on YouTube for fitting to an Audi. Hope this helps someone.

I've noticed it coasting at times. Going downhill engine braking disappears when it happens 😲

Thanks TT, So when the car is rolling forward at idle with foot off brake, the clutch should not be slipping?

Guys Just got a Karoq 1.5 tsi DSG. I'm new to VAG and this is my 1st auto box. Trying to understand how box works in stop start traffic. In my manual cars, I would often release clutch pedal and let car trickle along at idle speed. If I do this with the DSG box, will the clutches be fully engaged like in the manual car? Don't want to find that the clutches are slipping to allow this, would hat to damage box. I know they disengage when stopped with foot brake on. Cheers. Love the car, btw.
