Thanks Alasdair! I'll have a look this evening. Do you know, is there normally a protective covering over these?

I've recently noticed a leak under the car when parked up. Upon further inspection it seems to be a small radiator / grill looking part that is dripping on the floor. It is located on the driver's side underneath the seat. What is the actual name for this part? Is this as simple as unscrewing, disconnecting and installing a new one if damaged?. Also it seems there is no protective covering over it? Any guides or videos would be greatly appreciated as my car knowledge is fairly basic. Many thanks!
