Would second hand control off a crashed seat or golf be a suitable replacement than paying out for a new one?..

Hey lads I have the same problem in my vrs drivers door wont open with fob! I opened the panel today and cleaned the plugs but I can see on plug corroded, I wonder can I just by a scrap plug off a vag with same electronics and just replace? would that do the job?.. cheers

Hey, I just got my Hid conversion kit, when I looked at my lights on the Oct vrs Mk1 the plug for the bulb has 3 wire running out of it a yellow,white,brown. On the hid kit it only has a red and black! what is the correct way of connecting them up and I take it I will have to ground the earth wire?..:confused:

Hey I had a problem like that a few weeks back. no great power at 1500/2500revs. it turned out to be a Ht lead easy fix!

Im looking to get a dump valve and going to be roped into get an induction kit. will it make the car sound very loud as I like my vrs quite and very unassuming coming up to lights!!lol could your tell me which ones to get and any other parts needed. thank you :confused:

Hey lads My vrs is sounding bad I first thought it may be a spark plug kinda down on power and flashing engine light so i just parked it didnt want to do anymore damage! the engine is very jumpy. wondering if it could be one of the coil packs now!.. better get it checked out more money out of my pocket:rolleyes:

Just wondering on the vrs mk1 the gap under the radio, I saw in one vrs 3 sport gauges in a housing which fitted very well, does anybody know where/how there got? they look the part!
