  1. Just been given some really bad news. I have a cracked exhaust manifold:( . Phone the local dealer who has quoted me over
  2. Hey up I have wired up my front fogs to come on with full beam, didn't know it was illegal. thought that if no-one is front of you who cares. As for the light pattern, easily fixed. Remove the deflector in lense, thus giving you a wider pattern. The comment about the saxo with fogs on during the day. What is the point????????? Overall if you want a better light, get a set of HID's. what a difference.
  3. Hey up, Don't have a guide but front windows area doddle to remove. Rear windows are a pain in the rear. Just wondering why are you wanting to remove them and where abouts in Scotland are you from? Front Drop Glass 1, Remove door card. 2, Remove the two rubber gromits about four inches from the top. 3, Adjust window so you can see two bolts where the gromits were. 4, Use a 10mm socket and loosen them. (if i remember correctly don't remove them.) 5, Glass should come loose and be removed. 6, Watch the edge of the glass on any painted surfaces, as it will remove the paint. Rear Drop Glass 1, Walk away from the car 2, Job done and no broken glass flying about
  4. Well i'll go agaist the norm, i have one and like it. It also doesn't sound like a bus before anyone makes any comments.
  5. Was looking at the brake pedal when fitting my clifford (needed a connection for my IS4), i noticed that there is several wires coming off it. My guess and ONLY a GUESS, if one was say severed it may stop the ecu killing the power. Just an isea and ONLY and IDEA. I hold to responsibility for any one cutting wires.
  6. Sounds like a good idea, only one problem. Me from Scotland, so i have to leave a day earlier and get back a day later. I am sure i have still got some holidays to take though. Would this be organised as a group event or will it just be everyone to their own??
  7. I have a dump valve fitted to my Furby VRS, i bought mine from The Derv Doctor and fitted it myself. In my opinion i think it sound pretty good, my car is running around 24psi, so there is alot of pressure to get rid of. As for performance, not sure, not really engine minded.
  8. Hey up, Yeah tried programming all that in via wizard and valet switch. Clifford have now got the alarm and sorting it out for me. Next problem ( Bloddy Cliffords:mad:) How do you de-activate the Skoda alarm from working at all:confused: . managed the immobolizer:thumbup: just got the alarm to do. Any help or suggestion would be grateful Thanxs
  9. I have a 04 Fabia VRS. I am in the process of fitting a clifford alarm with the intellistart 4 module. The problem being that the IS4 is dropping its ignition two seconds after entering remote start mode or short stop:mad: . Checked connections with the brake light and so on. To no joy:confused: . Please Help. Thanx
