  1. 1. Remove grill from car using standard hex bit x8 2. Place your shiny grill on a work bench and re-consider what you are about to do... a cup of tea helps here. 3. Drill out 6 no. rivets as shown 4. Using a flathead screw driver, some firm pressure and love.... push out the silver coloured tabs which remove the entire chrome part of the grill 5. Here's the grill in two parts 6. Here's the badge off 7. And here it is in it's first two coats of primer 8. Finished

  15. No, it dials out some of the understeer, highly recommended. p.s Des, from what EddyH has said then the add on rear ARBs don't fit 4x4s AIR. He could only get a front R32 one on. HTH a bit.
  16. This is a golf but it's the same. Just slide your fingers under and pull it gently upwards.

  18. The mount area in question looks a bit like this (taken from a Golf) attached. Anyone got any ideas ?
  19. The only time that something similiar to this happened to mine was after I fitted the TIP... I'd managed to knock lose a wire down there which then rubbed on the driveshaft. It stripped the insulation on the wire and shorted the circuit. A bit of insulating tape and a new fuse later all was well... I hope yours is something as simple . Fingers crossed.
  20. I should add that on seeing the problem it isn't worrying but hearing it sounds like the gearbox is about to fall out. Not good :rotz:
