hi guys dont know if you can help search the forums but cant find anything i have disconnected the egr valve and been running it with the light on however i want to put it back to normal and reset the light however i cant find out how to reset it without taking it to a dealer to reset as i know the issue why it came on i dont need to do a code search to find the prob just to turn it off ? can anyone confirm the correct procedure to do this as there must a battery off reset or something ? many thanks in advance

hi thanks for that tried as i might i couldnt get the number 11 off which one do i replace ?i have the gaskets just couldnt work it out ( not a great mechanic i know lol )

Hi guys dont know if you can help i have a 56 plate vrs with 56k on the clock and im having a problem between 1500 and 2000 revs i sometimes get a power loss or a hesitance ?? im getting no warning lights on the dash and i havent a clue where to start ? is this a common problem that someone has come across before and been able to fix ? many thanks in advance

hi guys hope your all well . does anyone have a walk through with regards to removing the cd changer from under the passenger seat as i dont use it anymore so wanted to remove it . Being not the most gentle of people didnt want to start breaking bits of trim so if anyone can help that would be great . Many thanks in advance .

hi didnt bother was speaking to a couple of technicians at work and they said it would handle like a pig and i would have to skim my arches so £1000 later wouldnt be worth it

hi guys please could anyone help as im about to lose the will to live i have a 2005 mk1 octavia vrs and have bought some upgrade bulbs no according to all the sites there a h1 and a h7 however they dont seem to fit ? please could anyone asdvise and help me keep my sanity . wes

hi there im also looking at doing the upgrade on the injectors i have astandard car apart from a carbonio box baily dump valve and a remap is this gonna cause me huge probs and is it just a straight swop and how much sensible extra do you think i will get ? wes
