Doesn’t seem to. I tried locking/unlocking the car, starting the engine to see if it would reset it but nothing. When I happened I had to pile my folks suitcase in the back seat, drove home about 23 mile, tried the boot again and it worked.

It doesn’t make any noise at all. It won’t respond with any of the opening buttons then I would take it for a run and try again and it will work normally with all buttons.

Hi fellow Skoda owners im having an intermittent fault with the boot lid of my 2017 skoda superb sportline estate. The boot lid is unresponsive sometimes ie won’t open with the key fob, button in the car or the actual boot lid lever/button. Im hoping this might be a cheap easy fix. The car is equipped with Kessey. I did have a quick search on here but couldn’t find anything similar. any help would be great cheers
