  1. I find fuel economy amazing without using the stop start function so I don't use it.
  2. 2 Citigos 1 Up!!!!!!! 0 Miiiiiiiiiii
  3. My wifes got an i10, the clutch is hideous !
  4. Very convenient ! At least we have a 3 year warranty. If anything goes wrong with the exposed alternators I would have thought it would happen within 3 years. ( I hope ! )
  5. The date build irrelevant to me what I want to know is if everyone with a black hose hasn't got the cover and everyone with a silver hose has. Does the theory work ?
  6. Its put my mind at ease a bit
  7. Mystery Solved ! Response from Skoda below - Thank you for your recent contact, regarding your ŠKODA Citigo. In your email you asked to whether or not your vehicle should have an alternator cover fitted. I can confirm that specification of the Citigo has been slightly modified. All Citigo's built before the 16 August 2012, were fitted with a silver air conditioner hose. To stop this being seen through the front grill, the black cover you photographed was fitted. Citigo's built after 16th August 2012 are fitted with a black air-conditioner hose, so there's no longer a requirement for the cover to be fitted. Please be assured that there is no impact on quality, reliability or component longevity from the cover not being fitted. If you require any additional information please do not hesitate to contact me on the details provided below. Thank you for choosing a Citigo and I wish you many miles of happy motoring. Kind regards Kate Laws, Customer Relations Manager - Executive Office
  8. I don't like the front end of that 108 ! It looks like they forgot to design it, its just a big hole at the front !
  9. I can see something silver through your grill in the picture. I think that's your alternator so you haven't got a cover.
  10. Yes you could have something there. The two set ups might need differnet settings for optimum sound quality. But there is the personal taste thing as well, people will prefer their settings different to the next person.
  11. I take it you are talking about the Aygo in the first bit ? lol. I think you need to edit the Citigo for Aygo in the first paragraph.
  12. I prefer the treble right to maximum ! It gives a far better sound to my ears I have my bass just under half way up.
  13. I didn't think so either but I think Stu308 was given the impression wiring would bee in the back by the dealer.
  14. Does this mean that rear speakers can be added at a dealer if wanted ? Is there supposed to be wiring in the rear for cars without the speaker set option ? As mine was an ex demo I didn't get the choice to have rear speakers but I might add them later if I can.
  15. I would never buy an Up!!!! They look hideous ! And like you say its the same car underneath the looks ! Some people are so stupid, and just don't get the fact that Skodas are a VW with a different badge.
