You could always try to get him to contact my dealer to discuss what checks they did.

I took it to my Dealer, Westend Skoda Dunfermline, and they carried out some tests which were instructed by Skoda. The outcome is that the head unit is being replaced. I got the impression that this was a new issue to Skoda technical.

When the temperature is cold, below 2degrees, my infotainment screen displays a lot of fuzzy lines over the whole screen and a green dot in the centre at the top. Has anyone else experienced this?

I am having the same issue. The red warning comes on and it is always at the same place as I am driving home. Only had come on once in a different area. I am going to take it to the dealer to see if it has logged a fault.
