The ones on my 9n3 Polo GTI were 28cm. I've now got some adjustable ones on which are 24cm iirc. Which coilovers are you going for? I think KW, Weitec and AP have a higher drop link pick up point on the dampers than on the standard ones. So you probably won't need to change yours if it is one of the mentioned brands.

I don't see how these are illegal? "Legal plates will be UK font, correct spacing and laser marked with legal details to BSAU145d."

How do i remove them? Do they simply pull out? I've tried to pull them out but if i do it any harder they'll break :\ Thanks PS. Reason i posted in here is alot of you Fabia owners use them as an upgrade!

I don't have a Fabia so can't comment on what More-bhp maps are like on them... But i have a Polo GTi 1.8T and had mine remapped there, it's a very smooth remap and there is a massive difference in acceleration over standard, still to get it RR'd though to see what the increase was. Should be 180-190 bhp and 190-200lb ft. Jason is a top guy too! Hope that helps a little
