Hi all, on my 01' Octavia VRS when I start the engine theres a knocking that is heard inside the car, once engine is running the knocking stops. As it is heard inside I suspect it is something hitting the underside maybe? Could it be the engine stabaliser? Got any ideas please reply.... Thanks.

Me too have a prop with door led and interior light not working will get my warranty to sort it out as have only had my vrs a week. Cheers.

I Had the same problem, but if you unlock on the fob and again within 2 secs it then unlocks all for doors as I found out on mt Octi by acciedent. Hope it helps....

Hi all, my name is Tony Thatcher from Oxfordshire and after 2 years of dreaming of a Octavia RS finally got one last weekend it's a 2001 model in silver on a 51 plate with 50'000 miles had to got down to Somerset to pick it up thou, but the trip back was brill to say the least. My last car is a VW Vento 1.6 l so is a far cry from the vrs. Look forward to useing this great site. Tony T...
