  1. Some of my previous Skodas, the Fabia vRS is in my garage as a project. The mk2 FL octy vRS is now owned by my parents, only has 35k on it.
  2. Hi all Been a member since forever, but went quiet after selling my last Skoda. But I’m now back in a Skoda as a daily driver. Superb Combi mk2 4x4 170cr which I’ve just had remapped to 200+bhp. Not as much poke as my previous car which was a remapped Chrysler 300c V6 diesel. But enjoying the refinement and twice the MPG! Had a fair few skoda over the years.
  3. I have halfords ultra bright or super bright or whatever their 'top range' one is claimed 120% brighter and to be fair I can't fault them, very minor blue tiny around where the light is emitted in the lens other than that glorious white light Nd currently BOGOF in halfrauds
  4. Basically, whilst I appreciate its a weird question I was wondering if anyone knew if the skoda roof racks from a mk1 superb will fit my mk1 octy vRS hatchback? Cheers Simon

  17. HI folks, im looking at buying a front mount for my mk1 vRS now i've found a kit from a company called 'turborevs' who are selling a kit for £250, now its for a mk4 golf 1.8t AUM engine. my question is will it or will i be able to make it fir my octy?? a friend who works for vw thinks it will but doesnt wanna say 100% for sure! now i know its not gonna be of the same quality as forge, but i refuse to pay the silly amounts they want! lol thanks Brum
  18. Well my driveshaft has gone to a better place this is leaving me with a problem of finding a new 1! i've ordered 2 now from different autofactors and both have come back as golf mk4 driveshafts which are different so i've been told? does anyone know of the part number or anywhere else i can find a driveshaft at a decent price TPS want £250 for 1 and im not really in a position to spend that much!! thanks Brum
  19. im going to repaint them the green is a bit chipped and faded, but im repainting them in the skoda green, i really like it actually makes it stand out and be a bit different to all the rude boys who just paint it bright yellow or red or what have you (i know you painted yours red but it looks cool) next on the agenda, new clutch and solid mass flywheel conversion!
  20. got them done at wicked wheels in guildford, surrey. A mate works there so he did at 'mates rates' but they still arent that expensive to do. theres no sump guard atm, i am very cautious with it but its on the 'to buy' list thanks guys
