Help Rear fog lights

HI Ive been told that my octavia vrs should have twin rear fog lights but I only have one, I have checked the bulbs and connections and was wondering if anyone knew how to activate the other one. I need this doing as I am in the forces and posted in germany ( I need a foglight on left hand side to work). any sugestions !!! olly wood
