[quote= Like said earlier it's worht having a look at the SMIC water spray or water injection...particularly if you're not going big turbo route...Jon used a SMIC spray and found it very effective on track days. They cost approx40-50% of a FMIC. Any link for info and purchase for smic? Quiet interested

what cost would you be looking at to do this?

ireland is fecking rip off, u'd be lucky to have a tenner in your pocket after bills, mortgage, petrol!! -
@kit im not saying stay in the gym for 2hrs six days a week. and your body will adapt within 2 weeks, the better you eat the more energy you will have. Crappy food gives you short bursts of energy but when you come down off it you tire out. if you eat regularly and healthy your metabolism will level out and you will lose more fat. @kit, Robshaw, fluffy 01016 Tell you what, read/buy(well worth it) "body for Life" by Bill Phillips, its an excellent book on training and advice, from general fitness all the way to bodybuilding. Follow his programme and you will achieve your goal.Sure even do the 12 week competition,im doing it at the moment to get me going again here is the website if you dont wanna buy the book. but you can buy it in any decent store Body-for-LIFE
