Washed the 280, and also cleaned/peotectes the leather. Also washed and wet vac'd interior on wife's Nissan, god what a mess it was.

That's some decent mpg Shy, for comparison my 280 is doing around 29mpg avg over approx 3000 miles in 5 months. My commute to work is only 10 miles each way, in mixed speed zones, with lots of lights, junctions and roundabouts. I've only done one half decent steady run in the car and from memory I think it was 35-37mpg.... I do fact a remap though after seeing the bhp yours Is doing...

Nice impressive remap, its the engine standard apart from the remap? I quite fancy getting my 280 done at some point...

I've not washed mine in weeks... I might do it tomorrow if weather allows, petrol blue comes up nice when clean... Of course after a couple days it'll be back to looking a right mess

It's a 2 ltr engine with 280bhp 😊 and 4 wheel drive. It's great for get aways and passing slower cars, but loves a drink....

I wouldn't recommend a 280 if your after economy.... I wasn't when I bought mine... Which is just as well..... 30 mpg on daily commute, 36 ish on the only run I've done in it so far... but god the power is addictive However I've come from a 2011 XF, to a 2016 Superb, and prefer the superb for space, comfort and toys, only thing I found that is worse than the XF, is the road noise... But on the plus side the sound system is better /louder in the superb...

I've got a 2016 SE L Exec, 2.0 tdi, 280, 4x4, dsg, hatchback, petrol blue with black leather.

Over the last couple days, I've been cleaning, polishing and waxing the new motor. Time constraints mean I couldn't do it all in one day. Came up looking so much better though, really got the metallic 'pop' come up nicely. Also manged to reduce a few of the more noticeable marks on the paint. Washed, tardis, iron x, clay, menzena polish on the rough bits, then Primo Finish to enhance it. Waxed with definitewax's Blueprint. Then tires, glad and interior tided up. Found a few bitts that need more work, but very happy with the results for now.

Hi guys Just checked on the skoda portal, using my VIN number and it reckons there are no updates...but my maps are all 2016 version... any ideas? Is it genuine there are no updates for this unit?
