Hi both! Thanks for your input. I finally worked out that it was a problem with the phone, and have had to factory reset TWICE to get it to work - but it does now. Funnily enough, a Pixel 5 - so something dodgy happened in the update! BUT I just wanted to leave this here in case anyone else has a similar issue. Thanks again!

Hi everyone, Not sure if this is the right "room" to post but I have a Fabia mk II vrs (2014) and bluetooth always worked / paired fine with my phone. Then I had a system update (to android 12) around new year, and every time the bluetooth tries to link it forces a system crash on my phone. Pain in the butt! Has anyone else had this issue? Really not ideal, but it seems its really difficult to go backwards on a system update with Android, so wondering if there is anything I can do with the car bluetooth system?? So annoyed with this! Have tried multiple times, and got help from more phone techy people and it just crashes until I turn my bluetooth function off on my phone so its not trying to pair with the car. Help please?
