  1. Really good thanks mate Of all the forums I go on now, this one has the best community, so I'd thought I'd swing on by and see what's going on! This thread stood out to me as I am quite into training and have seen so many people go from 20 - 18st to 14 - 12st after a lifetime of being overweight and it's just incredible. The difference is they were committed to their goal, not interested in it. If you’re interested you'll do what's convenient, if you’re committed you'll do what it takes. I'd love to come on here and see people making lasting change.
  2. Come on guys, look back at the years, do you really want a 2012 adding to this thread this time next year? If you’re serious about losing weight sign up to some forums, post some questions, get some help, there is a lot of knowledgeable people out there who go at great lengths to help.
  3. Pure class, I am liking it! I recently bagged a shed load of addidas originals FOC
  4. lol thanks! Just having a mooch (sp?!) around, Colins done a great job with the site

  5. Beautiful reply, all things clarified, enjoy your evening
  6. Sorry I may have taken you the wrong way.Merely browsing through the General section for the first time in 2-3 years and noticed 3 threads in as many pages about your iPad, then on this one a statement suggesting people disbelieve you own one, when how could anyone doubt you own one with the amount of threads about the thing? You made a comment about the camera you own on one of them, then a comment replying to mine about the different stuff you have. Money talks, wealth whispers.
  7. I am sure people don't doubt you have one, perhaps people don't care you have one? Seems like this thread was only started to wave ones willy.
  8. See above, think your onto a winner there
  9. Right, nothing will work, I am questioning whether my os is legit I didn't build my computer, I have no idea how lol So.... Vista? I am tempted to pop out and buy it, is it easy to install, for a complete novice??
  10. It gets all to the stage of the download, then Microsoft just times out  I've tried every conceivable angle for approaching it, through auto updates (times out) and about 5 different area's of Microsoft's site (times out) Nuts :( So how easy is Vista to install for a complete novice?
  11. Hello, Anyone know where I can download or can anyone send me Windows XP Service Pack 2? My computer says I need it, urgently and I've a few applications which will not work without it :thumbdwn: . I've been trying to download it from Microsoft for days and it keeps timing out, other websites just link you to Microsofts download, so that's useless :( Any idea's??? Thanks
  12. Not strictly true. It depends on the thickness of your abs.I know guys who can sit at 16% bodyfat and still have good visable abs. Moi, ~ 10-12% will visable abs. To the question... Yes a small amount of roll will be there for most people, its healthy!
  13. Hi Chris. Can I ask, did you test drive the 1.8 as well as the 2.2 diesel? Obviously I've driven the 1.8 but just wondered what your views were on both? I found the 1.8's pace enough, but at no point did it feel fast. Now the 2.2 with more torque, would fill that gap of feeling fast.
  14. I've had the pleasure of one of these beasts (the latter) it was fun.
  15. Jealous. Congratulations on a truly fine car, Chris I test drove a 1.8 SE the other day and I fell in love with it (the test drive was only to pass time) now unfortunately I want one. Fantastic car, step up from the vRS imo! (oh and the way they handle!!)
  16. My god, what utter crap. I want my 10 minutes back for reading this.

Use the funds to put up a for sale ad for the car. Use the funds from the sale of the car to by something faster.
  18. Very nice! I'd love the Z4 M Coupe, but need a car with more seats :( Let us know how you get on with it I've got a new car coming in a couple of weeks, gone from BMW to BMW aswell
  19. Memorise some awful jokes to break the ice.
  20. Nice bike, I am after something like that for some AM cardio in the warmer months Nice thread, if only I could get them off my phone :(
  21. Yeah it's like BMW, insert the key, then press start/stop button, why? I don't like the looks of the new civic, I did at first but there is something toy car and young (I am aware of my age btw) about it. Didn't realise the Type R was out now, this comes from living under a rock. I'd be interested in a test drive though, just for the craic. I'd prefer to test drive one in Silverstone (aka Milton Keynes).
  22. The idea was: Sell current beemer, whilst it still has good value. Use some of the cash to buy a kit car Have some of the money left over for, er... I dunno anything I guess! And have the new beemer for when we need a boot etc and have the kids seats in. Resale of mine ~
