as above i need to put the standard dump valve back on the car but the pipe is missing it is the rubber pipe from dump valve to the metal pipe across the back of the engine on my 52 plate octavia vrs.

thanks guys thats what i thought it mite be. im just driving it very gently at the minute im not even taking it over 2500 revs hoping it will get me to work till xmas. any one any idea on the cost for a new turbo or a repair on the turbo?

now and again if the car goes over 3000rpm the car dumps a load of oil into the intake side and is belching smoke out the exhaust and misses a bit it then clears after gentle running for 2 miles. the bailey dump valve does have a faulty seal on the piston and splurts oil in the engine bay, the oil consumption is very excessive. can someone shed some light on the problem is it a fault with the dump valve or is my turbo about shot?

i got it to work i wiggled the plug and thumped it hard and it come on. cheers guys.

put the standard headunit back in my 52 plate vrs and the multi changer wont play discs it displays mechanic on the screen. any ideas whats up with it?

after hearng and having to repair friends cars after a trial run of revo remap in newcastle i would go there like chopper18t says go to jabba sport they know what they are doing its worth the run down.

if your thinking of selling your forge how much do you want for it as i may be interested as i have a bailey but want a forge.

that is the case the radio didnt switch off and the light does not come on when the key is removed. so do i just squirt a bit wd40 where the ignition key goes?

as above 1.does a 52 plate vrs supposed to have auto closing of all windows when you lock car with remote? 2.is the interior lights supposed to come on when you turn the ignition off?

right guys i have an urgent request a friend lent me a ECS n75 valve for my car and on fitting a pipe i broke it so i need to replace it and i really cant ask him where he bought it from so can any one help me and let me know how much to replace it. thanks

im running a bailey dump valve before the throttle body dv seams fine inside but car is not pulling well and dump valve pressure sound does not blow off very loud anymore. wot is the other valve next to the n249 and wot doe that do?
