Nipped into the carpark on my way through. Couldn't see any pay & display boards and none of the cars had anything in their windows, So sorry, no idea whatsoever. Would like to think it is free as it is quite remote but I very much doubt it. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

We don't have our car yet. We have ordered a Roomster Scout, but it won't be ready until June as we have ordered the roof, maxidot, extra headrest etc. It is metallic grey, 08 plate. No idea on the parking charges but I can have a look later for you. My girls go to Coaley Primary so I drive right past it 4 times a day, so I shall have a peak and let you know.

We have only had a demo for 2 days. Brilliant, we did clock up about 300 miles. Kev is 6ft 4 and although he didn't do all the driving he found it quite comfy. As we are new to the Skoda life have no idea about other seats but the roomsters go up and down, backwards & forwards and you can adjust the steering wheel vertically and horizontally. Noise levels were fine, but I am driving an old scenic so it can't really be compared. I have problems with my lower back and I found it to be really supportive, I am 5ft 6 if that is of any help. If I was offered one as a company car, I'd snatch their hand off!!!

I made a comment at the showroom about the yellow coluor must have been for the fabia rs or something and he said no-can-doo and I would not anyway! So I did try!:(

Today has been strange, the roomster has left our lives and we now have a long wait till it gets here! Got to sell the scenic, so on......... Looking at some of the mods you guys have done was real nice last night, gives you a feel for the forum and of the car, it may have sounded bad yesterday "just placed an order" but, that was a long journey two different dealer's one with sales tactic's the other was just cool!(Winner's!, Cinderford Glos) Even ordered a little dinky of the roomster! Anyway had a day dreaming of country roads on a sunny day! Even cleaning it on a friday afternoon! Then drove home in my van!!:(

Feeling pretty pleased!!! Orderd a scout in anthracite grey with 17 inch wheels!! Had one on demo for the last 2 days loved the practicalness of it and how it drove etc, also liked being different too!!! But had to give it back today :( Also got to wait 8 weeks for one to come!

Thanks for a warm welcome!!! Just took that car back and placed a order for a new one! Its a very long story why!!!! Hoping to share dragging of some cars at the lights and sharing it with you guys for a laugh!! Anyway here is to some good times!!!!:P

We have been browsing here for a little while but have decided to join as today we have taken the plunge. We are purchasing a Roomster Scout 1.9 TDI, 08 plate with the panoramic sunroof:) We currently have a very cronky old Scenic and have been looking for something a bit different that can accommodate all 4 of us, - we have two daughters aged 5 & 7 so we wanted something with enough space for growth, enough grunt and poke to get us out of trouble and enough safety features incase we don't. Did we make a good choice??? We did like the Golf but Kev , bless him is 6ft 4 so it would of been a bit of a squeeze. Anyway looking forward to learning lots from you. Roo- really is my name.\ Edited to say that Kev is moaning that I failed to mention the 17 inch wheels.
