Lol I love "educating" chavs in what ever they are in.. the face is the best when a Skoda fly past them (with the speed limits of course). I nuked a pair of chav's in a Feista Zetec S last week near Leeds Bradford airport, they must have thought I was an unmarked copper as they slowed right down and pulled over. I think the roar from my zorst scared them

Once those are done raid the piggy bank for a re-map and your defo heading in the right direction

Cheers for that, I was hoping to get around 6-6.5k for my Octy (going up on here at the end of the month) and I have seen a few 130PD's on Autotrader for sub 4k but they all are around 110 - 125k. The mileage dont bother me too much just want to make sure I dont get a dog for that money

I am considering changing my 04 MK1 Octy VRs at the moment as I have just changed jobs and this is going to require more miles to be done. I have been looking at some high mileage Superb's as I dont want to part with more than 4k (providing I get the right price for my Octy, Just need a workhorse for 12-18 months) Do any of you folks here run a high milage Superb and if so whats the pitfalls of this ?

hmm ok maybe they garage who replaced mine (for free then when I got the car) got it wrong

This applies to the 1.8T units. The garage I got my VRs from had received a notice from VAG that the cambelt change interval had been changed to 40k or 4 years due to an increse of early failures. They are also other posts on here from VAG teckkies that back this up aswell.
