  1. Take to bits and wedge in blue-tak. Reassemble. You can't see it afterwards. Worked for me, but isn't exactly professional I seem to recall another thread saying dealers will swap it for a different one, can't remember specifics though.
  2. I bought official skoda ones and they came with fittings to screw into carpet. All goes in very easily. They just screw into carpet, far more securely than your brain says it should! Go for it, saves ever vacuuming again, just 'sweep it under the rug' :P S
  3. Do they actually always break? Or do they sometimes just not work? Mine seem a little on the ******** side but don't *look* broken. S
  4. When mine was new it did that when adjusting. I am guessing one of the sides didn't clip into the nothches on the rail it slides on properly. Giving it a good shove by sort of.. jumping backwards into it... results in a clunk and both sides seem to lock. Didn't do it after the first few times so I guess it 'wears off'.
  5. Mine too. I'd quite like it turned *off* tough :P
  6. There is no leaking, but mine holds a surprising amount of water to catch you when you open the door..
  7. Sounds like the cable has come off one end or the other. (assuming no centre arm rest) Pull out the square 'box' near the cup holder behind the handbrake. If you have little bendy arms you might be able to reach down there and check, failing that you can just stuff your arm up the side of the plastic, mine went back again (yours might stretch/break/explode - don't blame me etc etc). Or, take it to the garage..
  8. I did wonder if i was hallucinating. I didn't like to ask if anyone else kept seeing it
  9. Reckon you could stash stuff that small above polystyrene panels in tops of foot wells. can route wiring nicely then
