Hi fellow Škodaphiles. There are only two things I miss from my Merc. and one of them is the reversing camera. Can anyone please recommend a system and fitter in the S.Leics are? Many thanks Bill

My service intervals appears to have dropped from around 20,000 miles to a fairly consistent 5,000 miles, this is a bit of a serious reduction - (still says 180 odd days though) any ideas why the interval has dropped so much , please ?

Yes. But the standard CD supplied dosen't have the software. You have to buy a NEW CD with the TMC codes.

Parking Lights - I believe still a requirement in certain European countries like German.

Well I'm pleased that there are some good ones (Chester a bit far for free donuts though :-) ) Maybe we could have a UK & IRL wide Rate your Dealer. Perhaps a Map with Green pins for the good ones and Red pins for the 'could do better' so that we can good dealers and near as possible.

I bought my first one form a company (Albar Motors, N of Leicester - Tosh was great) that no longer has the agency to sell them. The other local dealers knew less about the cars that I do - what they didn't know they bluffed and bull****ted. I don't take Bessie to a Skoda dealer for serviving. Still can't get all the teckie questions answered. Really dissappointing as the car is great.

Hi Guys, I agree with the comments about the TMC code, I can't believe it would have cost soo much for Skoda to have included it. I have a France cd with it and find it very useful. But I also agree about the BBD RDS being good. Whilst on the topic anyone tell me what the Rrg. 1 or Reg.12 mean on the radio Stations ? Blutooth - I got a Parrot fitted connected up and wrks a treat, uses the 'phone book from the mobile, voice recognition and can get the fancy one that will show the callers face too Got mine & fitted from ebay a guy called - smssmssms Justcarkits Tel No: 01753-673500 well worth the money and his is a good quick efficient service too. Take car guys (& gals).

Hi guys, With the Light Assist is there anyway of preventing the car from turning the h/lights on if you reach 84mph. I can't help thinking it could give other drivers the impression you're being an impatient git ! (other than by turning Light Assist off altogether)

Do I have to be tuned ito Classic FM then ?
