Maybe i didnt explain very well earlier: 1,the part of the A66 i did all this was 30mph due to road works. 2, the cones for the roadworks were at this time on the grass verge due to not being in use. 3, i had 3 empty lanes to drive down not 1. and 4, as i said earlier there wasnt a car in sight apart from the copper who had just joined the A66. And as ive said earlier i dont usually drive like that and if there had been other cars or workmen out i wouldnt have.

For example Taxi drivers, i dont know one good one unless they have a customer in. When they dont they drive far worse than i did and when they do they take there time cos theres more money involved.

Look none of you have to believe me, i'm fine with that. I know its true and thats all that matters. end of. I dunno maybe jealousy is coming into it from some people (as i got away with it and maybe some of you have been done for less, i dunno) I know i got away with it, and believe me i dont usually drive like that and i dont know why i did to be honest, but hey i'm happy and thats all that matters.

For all those cry babies out there, it was 5.45am and there was no workmen working nor was there any other freaking cars about if there had been i would have driven more sensibly obviously (the area where the road works are is a straight road and all the cones were on the grass verge and not set in place on the road) but "jesus christ praise allah" please forgive me for buying an octy vrs and not sticking to the road limits.

Know i'm not joking i really hope it was number 1. But on a serious note i'm really not joking.

All i can put it down to is either 1: it was the end of his shift and couldnt be arsed with the paperwork or 2: he fancied me, lol. I'd hope it was number 1 though, lol.

This morning I got pulled over whilst dropping my girlfriend off at work just as I came off the A66 in Middlesbrough. The Copper said he clocked me doing 106mph in a 50 zone (however that 50 zone is temporarlly a 30 zone due to road works). Thankfully he just let me off with a warning. I did however get great pleasure watching my driving antics on his monitor as he had recorded the whole incident simply because it showed his car in a stationary position having to reach 124mph just to get near me...... awesome!

Well i pick it up at 4.30 today and its cost me £90, thankfully wasn't too expensive

Well ive just had a phone call from the place i took the car and they've now directed me to another place called "Florys" which is also local to me. But they have confirmed its a earth issue. I finnish work in 15 mins so i'm heading to Florys.

Well i've taken it to a Skoda Specialist local to my work whilst on my break and hopefully it wont cost too much, fingers crossed.

This morning whilst driving to work my indicator lights came on solid and my wipers started moving by themselves, also various lights came on my dashboard, i had my lights on and when i parked up and turned the lights off there was a constant clicking sound inside the car?. I had the keys out a good 5 minutes when eventually everything stopped? I then locked the car and unlocked the car and it started again for another 2-3 minutes? It seems it stops and starts when the cooling fan stops and starts. Has anyone else had this issue, and does anyone think its gonna be a costly job?

Any recommendations for stainless systems in the north-east that come with good experiences, i know there must be companys to stay away from like Powerflow for example (i've heard many people complain about them in the north-east)

10bhp doesnt seem worth the price difference? is it really noticable?
