  1. Good good, just passing on for my dad. He was getting worried that support had slowed down.
  2. Hi all, my Dad has set up a petition for the air ambulance charities in the UK. please sign and pass on to people you via facebook twitter ect. http://epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/29349 Return VAT on Air Ambulance fuel payments. Responsible department: Her Majesty's Treasury The Air Ambulance Service is forced to meet rising fuel prices year on year including VAT. The Air Ambulance Service have saved successive governments millions and millions of pounds funded by charitable donations given by the general public to run what has proven to be an essential service. Whilst the Lifeboat Service has been exempt from VAT on fuel costs since 1977, a similar privilege has not been afforded to the Air Ambulance Service; We call on the government to have an urgent review of this situation and in doing so We call on the government to return in the form of grants to Air Ambulance Service providers all the future VAT which the Treasury collects from them so that the Air Ambulance Service is in practice exempt from paying VAT in the same way as the Lifeboat Service.
  3. Thanks very much Think wheels will defo be staying now but you can dream can't you. lol Can't wait to get mine done after the new year
  4. it sort of has hdd you can save 6 cds on the memory of the unit.
  5. No do for all different makes http://www.eonon.co.uk/ VW one here http://www.eonon.co.uk/GPS-Navigation/D5109E.html
  6. Well changes have stopped at the moment as I've knackered my back and haven't even been able to sit a car for about a week and a half at the moment so been doing a bit dreaming about my next mods. First of all think I'm gonna go for a remap from Celtic Tuning - Anyone have any experience in dealing with them? And then and not sure if I will be able to afford them until well into next year but I think these will look awesome. and ever since I got the car my little lad kept saying it was a transformer, but as Stealth already had his Autobot Astra I decided to defect to the other side and turn it into a Decepticon. Still haven't come up with a name yet but got started with some stickers. Any ideas for a name? I ran Astra through the Decepticon name generator and came up with Devastator but not sure. Oh and as it's rained after I clayed, polished, waxed and glazed the bonnet I thought I'd snap some beading.
  7. Sound is quite good actually, I do need to upgrade the speakers really but that'll be after new year if you OK to help audio is not my strong point.
  8. Well here's the boot strip wrapped in mat black rather than chrome, I'm very pleased how it's turned out in the end. Just the chrome on the window rubbers to do now, but haven't got a clue how I'm gonna do them:confused::confused:
  9. Had go at wrapping the front grill, it was a pain and i just couldn't get the bit around the badge right so left it like this for the time being. Doesn't look too bad but I'm going to order some more wrap to do the rear boot strip and will have another go at the front. What do you think??
  10. Only a small mod this week until I can get my hands on the vinyl wrap I've ordered. The big old badge gone from the rear and a couple discrete decepticon badges on the boot and rear side windows.
  11. Right a couple of full car pics now with the new suspension fitted Also just got a new head unit from EnononUK looks quite smart I think. Still getting used to all the functions but spending a little more than I was on a head unit to have it work on the steering wheel and the display etc is worth that little extra.
  12. He he I was just behind the mazza on that pic,
  13. err ohh i can't make up my mind really need to get my calipers painted :(
  14. Hi all thought it about time I chuck some sort of project as I never really got around to doing one for my Superb. Bought my new ride about 2 weeks ago now from about 30 miles away from where I live up near Ripon North Yorkshire. Couple of pics It's allot different to my Skoda Superb but I'm very happy so far........... spoke too soon the car had to go back because of a huge rattle from the duel mass flywheel. The dealer was brilliant took it back straight away and fixed it within 48hrs. So onto the mods I purchased a set of Eibach Pro-kit springs from Awesome GTI I also at the same time bought a Whiteline RARB from Courtney Had these fitted in an afternoon and thats when the noise began and it had to go back to the dealer for the new Duel Mass and Thrust bearing. Waiting to get some better pics of how it sits but took a quick snap of the front wheel. and the RARB Today I fitted my newest purchase my new Simota Induction Kit. Now this is a bit of a work in progress and I'm thinking of going for a black and red theme and I painted the bracket red to see how it looked and I'm quite happy with it so my go for painting the chrome pipe work red too but still not 100%. Well that's it for now, I'm gonna try and keep this updated as best I can. Any feed back would be great. Cheers Jason
