    That's it !!! My little son was playing with the control panel and pressed the switch. I couldn't work out what's wrong for couple days :-) I checked the cigarette fuse, relay, stripped off the lighter's housing. I even stripped off the relay. Now I understood why the relay has a two-position solenoid switch - one position for blocking rear windows, the second for the cigarette lighter. Thanks for the post mate!
