  3. yes its a strange one The brakes were making a squealing noise about 3 months ago so i had taken them off and cleaned them and put them back on and the noise went away when i had them off i noticed they would be needing changed in the near future So this was what i was doing i took the disc off also to have a better look because i could not get how it stripped if you put the slider in from the right size it just wobbles in the hole anyway off to the breakers tomorrow for another hub
  4. Hi Ken they came out ok but you can just push then in now it looks like the thread have stripped and it seems like i will now have to find a new hub or try and re cut the threads but probably best with another hub

  6. Looking for a wee bit more help guys I fitted a new sensor today and looked at the old sensor somebody had already changed it at some point but tied it up with cable ties and not done it right so 2 bits of the protective coating had worn away and the black wire was worn threw until there is not copper wire Also the brown wire has worn threw just to the copper core Anyway put the new sensor in and still have the same issue no power steering and the light is still on Could the brown wire which is power i would think touched something and caused something to blow in the pump or is there a fuse somewhere ?????? Or could anybody help me out that has a vag com unit close to Fakirk any help would be appreciated thanks
