  6. as the title sugjests i'm looking to hear from anyone that has had deelings with alloywheels .com trading as rochford tyres, in southend, essex. (according to the web site) i'm thnking of purchasing alloywheels from there web site and would like to hear from people that had dealings with them. i dont have a lot of cash to spend and want to avoid getting completly screwed over. but converting there prices from pounds to euros it seems i'm getting value for money. it's not my nature to think the worse of people and i dont see anything to say there not 100% true to form but i know a lot of people in my position that got scamed online and i don't want it to happen to me. any feedback even if it was a friend that had dealings with them would be very welcome. brendan
  7. me and you seem to have some similarities and yes i may take you up on that offer. my car gets cleaned inside when theres about 30 bottles 20 news pappers and 10 copies of motorcycle news in it and i cant remember the last time i even opened my boot lid. the outside washed once a week if possible waxed two to 3 times a year.
  8. sorry to hear that dude. similar story here too.went to work come back 12 hours later and found that someone had hit the back of my car and drove off whats worse i know who it was but have no proof as there was noone around/wanted to tell me and there was no security camaras in that area. needless to say the person that did it was nicely surprised a few days later when he found his toyota landcruiser with 4 flat tires :orb_devil i had a job not to laught at him when he called me saying "security some **** sucking *** hole ******* put nine inch nales through my tires" just reward for him but i still havent had time/money to respray the passanger side rear 3/4 after him :(
  9. that hurts. a poster child for inbreeding and dropping out of school after primary school i think
  10. thanks. i cant beleave it almost a week already. to many fourms and with work and other stuff not half enough time
  11. i was going through some pictures of past meets and i'd be to embarrested to go to one the state my car is in and all because 1 case of hard luck one of hit and run and one case of ahh f*ck. hard luck was around chrismas time last year had the car 3 months going to work hit some black ice hit a curb at 06:45 burst the tire screwed up the drivers side alloy and bent the half shaft and wishbone. had to get it towed and used an old axel lift thing that put chain marks on the front bumper hit and run was again at work. second time and last time i was late couldnt park where i normally park and after a 12 hour shift came back and found someone had hit the back passangersidse corner of my car left it with a broken light a dint right on the corner and a split on the bumper. to replace the light i had to do a rought panel beating job and there is bare metal i need to re spray and the ahhhh f*ck was getting caught out with an extreemly high curb hit the bumper over an inch up from the bottom and has the bumper pushed out on eather side so i need a lot of work done before i go to one
  12. thats, in a way, is what i was trying to say. he's good no one that knows sh!t about F1 will argue that. but he is still learning and thats where all the hype comes into it. he probibly feeels he has to go out and drive like that coz so many people arwe now expecting him to do well. we wont imo see the true skills of lewis hamilton for anothert season or two
  13. imo with conditions the way they were no. on a dry track on the other hand there would be no problem. i just think it was a little bit needlessly reckless on hamiltons part. and as for the whole argument about the did he didnt he gain an advantage another spin to put on it is that kimi was only 3 or 4 seconds back in the lead which means the officals could have took that as not entirly giving up all the advantage he gained. i will admit it was the best end to a race i've seen this year but lewis needs to calm himself or he will end up never winning the championship. another thing that was said before that i agree with is that if the dicision went the other way all the people that have a problem with the dicision would be on here saying it was deserved and that kimi should have gotten the 25 sec penilty. both lewis and the team knew at the time the risk that was taken. surely lewis knew that even though he conceded the position that taking it back so quick could have resulted in this happining and if he didn't the team sure as hell should have.
  14. i don't know why this is still going. he gained an advantage. if he stayed behind kimi through the first corner i doubt he would have been close enough to out brake him into turn one. as for kimi passing under yellow flags i'm disapointed he didn't get a penalty. the problem with lewis is that he is still to wreckless. i think he is a great driver as i do kimi. and another thing is that lewis is way too over hypped in the british media. every race the itv crew drone on and on about hamilton. this cannot be helping his development as a world class driver. there needs to be a shake up in the fai (or the fail as i call it) and soon and the first thing to do is get rid of nazi loving coc k and and bernie. before some people start i'm typing this as an F1 fan and not of a fan of any 1 team as i havent followed a team sence eddie jordan sold out. lewis should have concided the next corner to kimi as it was obvious that he had the speed and balls to get him anyway. thats my opinion on it anyways
  15. i will post this in the relivant section but yes the light works normally when the door is opened.there is still power going to the window motor but it's not opening the window. when the window slips don about an inch the motor will close it but only if you you pres the button downas in to open the window.
  16. hi bryan. hopfully get to a few but i do shift work so it will be hard enough to go to one. but how ever i'll get to one eventually:D thanks for the welcome
  17. i'm an easily pleased man, so i picked ford. i always loved older fords so it would be a 1968 mk1 escost mexico with a 2l cosworth a 1977 mk2 escort with a rally preped 2l pinto engine or a brooklands capri

  19. why thank you very much. and for the record even with my non working passanger side window and electric mirrors that are stuck on the passanger side side mirror i love this car and it ****es me off when people that have never driven one slate it as a piece of crap
