Does anyone know which bolts secure the drivers xenon ballast to the front panel and also where it is positioned? Thanks in advance

I have a 269000 mile 2007 which has been mapped since it’s 60000 mile service,had a turbo at 197000 miles and still on its original clutch to this day

Hi ive just purchased a set of genuine xenons and wonder if someone with factory fitted xenons could take a picture of their slam panel so I can see where the drivers ballast is mounted. thanks in advance

So todays the day with the response I was sort of expecting,all ive got is my dealer ringing me to say no due to external influences whatever that is so ive sent him to try find out more and luckly due to the dealers prior poor service skoda uk customer service are following me so will also ask them more tomorrow when they ring me. be interesting seen as paint depths are even all over the car. Did skoda U|K email you? Are you on facebook?as if I don't get a satisfactory answer ill post on there and you can comment. ive googled and theres quite a few with similar problem,also going to go view some for sale locally see if there the same

Sorry to hear that midwalesvrs,sounds like a load of rubbish to me!how can we all have the same problem,I'm sure if they had been repaired they wouldn't of been repaired the same. Why's yours a no kellaway? If I get a no I'm definitely not gonna settle lightly for it after the evidence I've seen on here.they want to make it hard so give up.

midwalesvrs/ any progress on the warranty claim? And out of interest what were your paint depths? I went to get mine measured yesterday due to skoda uk requesting more info and apparently they'd had a new gauge which is why I wasn't confident with his readings seen as it read zero at some times.but I was happy as it was even readings all over even where I was worried it had a repair

Have the same problem with our 07 se.been waiting since November for feedback but will be keeping this post for reference now incase it fails like I'm expecting
