  1. floorball is fun! me and my friends plays it alot! Didn't know it was such a big sport as illustrated in theese pics though!
  2. Maxidot, thats it:) its a small price to pay yes, and i wont bother even trying to get it to work. bluesuperb: im not quite sure what you mean. the install itself was quite straight forward once u know which cable is what. i downloaded the complete wiring diagram from erwin.skoda.com i think it was....had to pay 14 euro but what the heck
  3. FIS, u know...the little screen between the speedometer and the rpm meter...it usally tells what radio canal ur listening to, or which direction to turn when using your navi...i though it was called FIS in english:O
  4. well, the amp was there, under the rear panel shelf, it was a piece of crap, so i removed it, installed a new amp, new speaker cables and a subwoofer...and ofcourse the f900bt. works like a charm:)even the multifuctional steeringwheel...only thing im missing now, is the fis, though i doubt i will get it to work:/ pic:
  5. Thanks for the replyim able to get the power connected via the iso, but thats it. im looking for the remote cable for my original amp...the loudspeaker cables doesent run up to the head unit..:/ also im looking for the speed pulse signal cable and the multifunction remote cable...
  6. ok...i had a page where it said which colors where what, for the mdf navi unit on 2003 superb elegace....but now i cant find it anymore (stupid me for not bookmarking). just bought myself a brand new pioneer f900bt:), but i need to know what is what of the orginal cables in my car...bought som stupid iso aptapter, but i dont think it will work, so now im gonna cut the wires of my unit and of the orginal iso and simply splice them... does anyone know where i can find theese color codes? sorry for my lack of proper worduse...
  7. the settings are all good....but im wondering if one of my speakers ar busted...its some sort of rattle in the front passenger side when playing a song with alot af bass. the weird thing is that the rattle is constant whatever volum is played. even if i turn the volum as low as possible.(it never goes to "zero"...for total silence i have to turn the unit off...is that normal?)
  8. heh, i will check it out, when the time comes:)!
  9. i gotta say...im not to impressed by the sound in the superb. im told i have the large music pack (digital dunamic sound etc). its almost like an ecco in the car...escpesially if im listening to radio talk...it get better when i select linear eq, but the all the bass(the little bass that where there) disapears...i want to connect an amp and a sub in the trunk, but im not looking forward to pulling a cable from the battery to the trunk...urgh! anyone done this here? how did you get past the rear seats?
  10. i might be going in a dark zone here, but i was looking for a post here on the forum about copying your sat nav cds? something about making and iso file of it, and changing some files and then burn it to a new cd...i tried to do a search, but was out of luck:confused: its not copyright infragmet is it? its legal here in norway i know, but who knows how it is in the rest of the world...
  11. wow! thank you! however, it just unlocked...wish it would actually pop open! that would have been cool
  12. i guess i need to buy a nav cd yes, but im abit afraid of byuing the wrong disk:/ but i'll check out the link you gave me. i did get a hold on a interference box made for my head unit wich hopefully will work. i'll keep you updated:) anyway, throughout the night i found some more questions i hope you can help me with. in the manual it says i can save the seat and mirror positions in my remotekey(!) by holding down the open door lock key on my remote key for a sec or so...cant get it to work...have i misunderstood something? and whats up with the middle button on my remote key? i guess its for the trunk, but notething happens when i push it... anyway; thanks for the replay, both of you, certantly helped me alot! the pollen filter housing seal was the first thing i did when i got the car. did some reading here before i got it:P
  13. okay...so i just bought myself a shiny skoda superb elegance 03. Can upload som pics later if anyone is interested:) Anyway...the navi cd coming with the car is from 2003, and, gosh, alot have happened since then! from my home to my work im constanly off road. So i've been trying to get a hold of some new cds...but im not sure what to look for. (i believe i have the MFD D system, correct me if im wrong) A friend got a audi a6 with (what looks like to me) the exact same system. i borrowed his cd, but when i hook it up in my navi, it wont work. its loading the files allright, but when its finished it says something like: put in the correct skoda dx cd....what up with that? second question: in the trunk i have a cd changer. it wont accept mp3 cds or even burned cds(accepts low speed burns ie. 1x - 2x -4x but no higher) again i have another friend who offers me to buy his cube dvd player. it has the same physical formfactor of my old cdchanger but different outputs. his have more like alot of mini jacs. so what i need is a map of the colorcodes coming from the head unit and back to the changer. can i use these wires, or do i have to plant new ones? video is not so important (thou it would be cool!), but sound and the aviability to control the dvd changer from the head unit is. hope some of u guys can help me (which im sure some of u can:rolleyes:)
