Hi all, anyone have any info on anywhere to get the green calliper paint from. Looked through web but havnt had much luck, not sure if the ones i`v found are any good/same colour. Want to get some to re-do callipers and brighten them up after this rubbish weather. Ta.

Are yor running the standard piston type from skoda/vw etc.. (£48 ish). Ta

Hi all just a quick Q, has anyone fitted the new type of diverter valve (piston type), rather than keeping the original one which is a diaphragm type? Just curious if anyone has noticed any difference, new valve skoda have quoted me £48 sound about right to anyone?

If i was to buy a kit for mine, would it fit exactly where yours does, the space in front of battery, or have you/would i have to buy extra ducting and modify a little, also where did you get the plastic surround the cone sits in, nice and tidy isnt it.

Thanks, just want a little more throttle responce, and know filters etc is the way to go. Any panel filters better than others. Didnt want to fit sum rubbish to it, i take it octys have an air flow mass meter fitted sumwhere then, you have to remove this when induction kit fitted???

Thanks all for your help and info regarding dump valves, blow of valves and which to fit etc... Will also be speaking to ben at shark for re-map bhp gains and prices. Induction kits, will i need a full kit or should I be able just to fit a cone (any info which type would be good) also will this damage anything or give the engine an incorrect reading of how much air the engine is taking in. Any help would be great, trying to learn a bit as I go along. Thanks again.

Job for garage to fit?? Local garage near me Autotronix Developments usually service and deal with me, take it to them?

Hi all, can any of you help me out in picking the right dump valve for my octy mk2, looked through internet at loads but still unsure which to go for. Any help with which brand (bailey, forge etc), which type of dump valve and any decent suppliers or outlets where I can buy one from would be great. Also is a fitting kit always needed, or do you most of the time get one with the dump valve. Considering a re-map too any help again would be great. Thanks all.

hello, owned this motor for 8 months really happy with performance even though the cars got a bit of an addiction to super unleaded!! LOL Just wanted to say hi 2 all other Vrs owners, hopefully bump into a few ov you at your meetings. south yorkshire area.
