  1. I had a drivers speaker replaced as it was blown BUT they couldn’t hear the rattle/vibrations after they fixed on the next two visits so they moved the fader towards the rear... I fixed it myself in the end it was the window switch pack.
  2. Would anyone like to tweak my O3 VRS FL...?
  3. I was steady in my O3 FL VRS 230 for the first 1K not reving over 2.5-3k rpm. Then when the magical 1001 was hit BIG smiles.. Not had an ounce of oil usage now on 5K and seems to get sweeter the more the mileage increases.
  4. That’s very kind. Thankyou for the offer. Hemel isn’t too far. I’ll be in touch.
  5. https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F162287179183 Another option You could go for a set of these? They are developed with VW’s motorsport side. We used to fit them at PDI on Golfs/Polos warranty was never an issue. I can’t imagine insurance would be BUT definitely check to make sure.
  6. Thankyou for the offer. I will keep that in mind and drop you a PM. I may go down the same route as you and go for VCDS.
  7. Exactly the same happened to me, but my other half was driving. You can imagine!? Yes you can disable it in the settings in the parking manoeuvring menu.
  8. Ah good to know. Thanks for the feedback. I found the mirror dip in my old O3 ok to be fair, but each to their own. Now all I need is someone who can assist me.
  9. N/S Mirror dip, speed limit in dash display, HBA. auto speed leds in HVAC and the throttle mod if possible.
  10. I thought that may be the case, as the set up I used on my old MY15 doesn’t want know at all. I’ll just sit back and see if anybody figures it out. Thanks mate.
  11. Hi. Can anybody help me out with a few VCDS tweaks on my O3 FL VRS. In Basingstoke but willing to travel. Thanks in advance

  13. Yes I'm sure...... I used to work there. They still check OEM set ups to make sure they meet the required criteria Category 1 has to meet a certain criteria as does Category 2 and so on. These criteria were originally set by Thatcham hence "Thatcham" approved
  14. DTUK tuning box for SKODA Octavia VRS 184 TDI Removed from 2014 TDI VRS Works perfectly well only selling due to buying a newer petrol version Will fit other models within the VAG range with the same TDI engine i.e. Audi, VW SEAT Has 9 switchable maps includes instructions,by pass plug connector and loom. See website for full potential and info https://www.diesel-performance.co.uk/ Unfortunately while removing the locking tab has broken on the boost sensor plug.. But the plug can be easily fixed with a small cable tie as I have tried it and had no problems. The connector can be changed easily but never got around to it. Can arrange collection from Basingstoke or surrounding M3/M27/M4 within reason £200 Open to sensible offers
  15. Ok, your missing the point. EA288 engines were designed from launch with Euro 6 specs i.e. SCR coated DPF and high/low pressure EGR and VVT. They would not be considered EURO 6 until that variation of emission control came in.
