  1. So £500 for the car + £50 for the MoT means at 550 quid it was a worthwhile buy then?
  2. Just wondering if somebody can give me a realistic value of the following car (my own) - just to compare peoples opinions with the value I paid (which will be revealed later) to see if I got a good deal 2002 (02) Skoda Octavia 1.6i Classic High mileage at 169k but full history all main dealer stamped lots of receipts also 12 months MoT 7 months tax Fairly clean inside & out with the odd exterior blemish as expected with the mileage but generally a clean presentable car Drives mint just got EM light fault sorted (faulty sensor) so that saved a potential big bill. What would YOU pay for it/expect to see it advertised for? Cheers John
  3. Just got the call needed a couple of bulbs but its now got a full ticket on - its back for another year
  4. Cheers folks I will have a look to see if anybody can help. It hasn't come back on at all since my last post so it has me a bit baffled but nevermind I shall get it scanned and see. In for MoT today so fingers crossed as thats the first thing to get out of the way as its done 52k since it's last test
  5. 2002 (02) Skoda Octavia 1.6i 169k, FSH - EM light comes on sometimes but not all the time, sometimes can go for days without it coming on then it will be on permanantly for a week etc... Anybody an pointers? Cheers John
