Hi I have a Skoda Fabia estate 1.4 and the recircaultion button for the vent keeps coming on, it has a mind of it's own. I keep trying to turn it off but it just keeps coming back on, which makes my car all steam up. Also, the alternator warning light does not go out until my car is actaully in motion, say in first gear and within 20 secs - is this normal. My back demister will not work either, until the alternator light has gone out, which means I can't demist my rear window until I have set off- which is not a good idea! Any ideas anybody:)

Hi first time to this, but I was wondering can anybody help me with my Skoda Fabia estate 1.4. The recirculation button keeps coming on, I press it to switch it off but just keeps coming on. I think this is the reason why my car keeps steaming up inside. Also, the back de-mister light will only come on once I have started driving, and the alternator warning light goes off, which takes about 5-10 seconds. Any ideas! Something electrical my small brain suggests?
