It sits only a few mm lower than the rear beam and is angled so contact would glance off rather than catch

That's not 100% true, the beams are slightly different as are the weights of the car so be careful

Little less oversteer but overall roll reduction would be significant

BAM engine with forged internals and ihi vf34 turbo with 3" downpipe into unit18 spec piper exhaust

It's running at 12psi now and feels ballistic, LSD already fitted but even that is struggling in 1st gear, can't wait to get it running at 21psi

We've fitted pretty much every brand of smf over the years and they all pretty much make the same noise! That's because the noise comes from the gearbox and more noticeably on the 6spd multi shaft boxes, the dmf dampens this noise using a viscous fluid so a huge piece of metal will not and can never do the same job as that.

Depends what you want, you could sling a 1.8t in anything and get it running fine and quite cheaply with a relay for power supply and use standalone gauges. This particular car was a project in oem integration

I'm not really gonna give away too much as my knowledge is what unit18 is built on but the only plug and play in this was fuel lines in the end, bear in mind it uses an Octavia gearbox and also retains factory aircon

Standard Fabia clocks, it's all built to work as a factory car, full mfa, full diag and full drive can communication, you could take this car to a dealer and they could talk to it as if it's a standard car, yes ross (techie) is using an engine I sold him lol plus as he is a close friend he also gets any info I've gleaned from this long ass project.

Yes we've almost finished the Fabia 1.8t that I started a fair while ago, rough spec is ihi turbo (good for 340hp), forged engine forge dv, bespoke unit18 spec boost pipes and unit18/piper exhaust, I'll let the pics and vid do the talking... (Vid was taken before exhaust was fitted)

We have our own citigo on which we've played with all possible codings.. No need to see the dealer Unit18

No I quoted you for hybrids and fitting inc custom mapping, I'm pretty sure I itemised the quote for you, if you want price matching or like for like quotes them you must specify, please don't just make assumptions thank you, pd150 non hybrid comes in about £500 cheaper than the turbo I quotes you for, iirc the jabba package you talk about isn't a hybrid

Good choice, one of our demo cars is a 1.8t 4x4 octy, come and have a poke around it when you have spare time, it's currently running stage 2+ software ; )
