Hi, its been a while since I last posted on this forum... ! Anyway, today I travelled in my daughters Fabia (2016 MC) when it was raining. My daughter has obviously gotten use to it, but to me its so loud especially when travelling at low speeds... that when the wipers reach the top of sweep there is a distinct double "clunk" or "knock"? I suspect there is an fault with the motor/mechanism/linkage as I doubt its meant to be normal? Has anyone had a similar issue, wondering if its common or not, can't seem to find any other threads about it? I will check what I can once the weather improves... but from recollection, I remember there been some noise but not as much when I changed the wiper blades last year.

the exhaust on the R is the same as mine on the S3, I can guarantee they are all used dependent on what driving mode your in... I have spent enough time cleaning all of mine

welcome Hlywd.. interesting to choose over R? I am thinking of my next car.. although not an estate was probably looking at the R to replace my S3... the 245 will be one on the possible list

I was sceptical about the e-handbrake when I got my S3, however, I dont need to do handbrakes turns, but it did take a good month to get use too. tbh... I prefer it now, I have a manual S3 btw... just lift the clutch up in gear, no need to press switch unless no seat belt on and no waiting for the bite on a hill start. That is without hill control option too.

Audi is going fine... got use to it now, the only problem I have had was an annoying rattling noise at about 50mph from top of drivers door.. seemed once I had cleaned the door seal the noise has gone?? Still miss some of the Octy features like a usable arm rest on the door that I could relax my elbow on when driving. the S3 one is pointless https://1drv.ms/1m53kIP

If you are interested in Shark, I would confirm with them if thats correct? I know it says it on the website but the TSI engine quotes only 240 and I thought the TFSI was less?

Hate to be pedantic but James Blunt was an officer and not a driver, so probably the tank and troop commander in this case. The driver would have been a mere Trooper (Private).
