Hi westallc, Thanks for the info ;o) On top of this problem i seem to also have the following: When i remote unlock the car the interior light goes on and then after a second or two off again (isn't this supposed to stay on for a set period?) a second push of the unlock button gets the interior light to stay on longer. If if disable the electric windows using the drivers door controls this doesn't seem to work, rear passengers can lowere/raise the windows using their controls even after i've disabled them. Do i have one major "electrical" fault? or seperate problems? Any guidance appreciated. Thanks

Hi, Can anyone help me with regards the above problem? This morning using the remote unlock key my vRS passenger door wouldn't unlock, got in the driver's side and reached across and although i pull the handle and the knob rises, when i let go of the lever the knob goes back down. With the knob up the door still won't open ;o( Any clues, advice, any ideas how much this will cost to fix? Any info grateful Thanks

Hi Sarah, Thanks for the speedy reply ;o) I just bought exactly the same model that i took out. If i have the relay in pieces and turn it on i can see it making contact intermittently when there's no indicator or hazard switch activated it just goes by itself with the electrics on and it only happens occassionaly. Any ideas? Have i bought a duff one off ebay? Shaun

Hi All, I have just started having problems with my hazard warning light/indicators and it is as follows When i turn the car electrics on there is a clicking noise (very quick) coming from the hazard warning light relay. It sounds as if something is arc'ing. This will stop after a while but then happens again intermittently either with no help from me or just after i use the indicators. I have bought a new relay off ebay and fitted it last night but am still getting the same problem. Any ideas? Thanks, Shaun
