Thank you, is that an easy fix or is this a main dealer visit?

Hi folks I have a 2015 Mk3 Octavia Scout with a Columbus infotainment system. Was working perfectly until last week when all of the functions apart from the Car menu and the radio stopped working. The Smartlink option now says that I need an activation key, the satnav says the navigation data is not valid and the Phone button just says Telephone not available. I have attached photos of the firmware and software version. Some early Internet sleuthing suggests a firmware update might be the answer - is this something I can do myself?
