  1. Hi, I've been struggling with this recently and having siliconed the drainage tubes the drivers side one is working well. The passenger side drain seems to have a tight blockage near the end of the drain in the door pillar. I can get a wire nearly all the way down to the end but it gets stuck. Is there a way to get to this end of the drain please? I've droped the glove box out but can't get to it. Before I start stripping out the interior would I be able to get to the bit I need to. Thanks
  2. I have one at the front camera end and currently have 2 on the rear camera and though it has improved it a bit I still lose signal quickly. The signal is not strong near me but it is much better when the rear camera is unplugged.
  3. I routed mine along the door seals at the base of the door. However I think mine is too close to the DAB aerial in the window as it cuts the signal a lot. With experimenting with where you want to put it.

  5. Hi Everyone, I just had a chance to look at my 16 reg L&K Yeti drivers side rear door. I've noticed that it won't lock/unlock on the central locking. I've had a close listen and I can hear the motor working in the door but it's obviously not working the lock so I can have the door locked (won't open from the outside) or open (not locked when all other doors are) all the time. Before I start dismanteling the door is there a fix to this? TIA
  6. I've just bought a 2.0 (150) TDI L&K Yeti from Marriot Motorgroup in King's Lynn. They have several 110 s in stock both at King's Lynn and Ipswich. I'm only saying his as so far the buying experience has been good, see what happens when I see if I can get Smartlink activated!
  7. Hi Everybody, after many years lurking I've finally bought a Skoda. Got a very nice Yeti 150 TDI 4X4 with the auto box. L&K spec and it drives so easily and quietly. Do they add extra sound insulation to this spec?
  8. I had a similar problem with a petrol Audi a number of years ago. It turned out the fuel filter had rusted and bits of the mesh were being sucked through and were blocking the injectors. It also caused cylinder bore wear.
  9. Unfortunately the 1.4 ended up being just over budget but I've ended up with a diesel L&K, slightly higher milage but much more affordable. Thanks for all your answers.

  11. Hi, I'm looking at a 1.4 petrol 4x4 Yeti but I tend to do lot of miles. I was just wondering how high a mileage have people got before any troubles set in. And yes I do want petrol not diesel. Thanks.
  12. Hi All, I'm looking to replace my rusty Escort with something a little more economical. The 1.4tdi 80bhp looks, on paper anyway, ideal for the use I want but I just wondered if any current owners out there could give me their opinion of it. Many thanks Julian
