HI ALL I HAVE A 05 OCTAVIA MK2 AND THE COMPRESSION ON DOWN ON ONE CYLINDER MY MECHANIC SIAD THAT IT MAY BE THE O RINGS ON THE INJECTOR NEED TO BE REPLACED CAN ANYONE HELP ALEX IRELAND

HAVE A OCTAVIA 2005 150KLM REPLACED TURBO. BUT A BAD SMELL OF OIL WHEN THE CAR IS WARM VERRY SMOKEY WHEN I START THE CAR BUT AFTER A FEW MINS IT OK USEING 1LT OF OIL EVERY 1000KLM. ARE the vnt vanes easy to repair can they be cleaned or is it a new turbo we took off the pipe leading to the turbo and the vents are jamed solid my mec siad we need to replace the turbo. skoad dealer price (1700 supply & fit euro plus vat 21.5%) or we got a price of (700 euro inc vat) from a turbo dealer

i rang a skoda dealer today for add he siad take off the pipe on the side of the turbo and cq the blades inside if there is alot of play morn than 1mm the turbo needs replacing has anyone had this prob did you replace the turbo how (much is a turbo) octavia mk11 1.9 tdi pd [email protected] ireland
