  1.:confused::confused::confused::confused::confused: Have got a 52 plate Octavia VRS. A short while ago the oil warning light came on after a particulary cold night. No sign of oil loss or leaks and everything looked OK but I changed both the oil pressure and level senors. This did not work but still the car is running good and not sign of oil loss, no nasty noises, smoke or anything. Found out that the oil level light can come on if the gauze filter in the sump gets clogged so out came the sump came again and everything got a good clean. On the way to the garage to do this the Engine management/warning light came on. After cleaning the gauze sump filter put the car onto a fault reader and it showed "Air Flow Sensor" as the reading. The oil light is still on, the engine management light reset and hasn't come on again and the car is still running like a dream and not using the slightest bit of oil etc. Any one got any ideas please as to what may be the problem causing the oil light to stay on. Would removing the battery possibly reset it. Ideas would be greatly appreciated as its driving me crazy not being able to figure out whats wrong many thanks.
