  1. Selling my furby, check my topic in the Cars For Sale area....
  2. I had this on my vrsand it needed a new rad!
  3. Did you order yours from the dealer, do you know the part number at all please?
  4. Is that all?! I'll give the dealer a call then! Cheers
  5. Had a bump in my vrs a few months ago and it broke the bezel around my passenger side fog light, anyone got any ideas where /how to get one and how much it is likely to cost without going to the 'stealers'?? Cheers
  6. So I picked the car up today and I am now almost £900 lighter! urns out it was the rad that was knackered so they have replaced that, changed the cam belt and water pump and serviced it. It needed 4 new tyres to pass the MOT and also needed some wires re-soldering! Grand total of £855!
  7. Garage think a pump too. It's done 80k miles so they are going to do my cam belt and change it as part of that. it's due a service and MOT so it's going in all day next Tuesday - gonna cost me a small fortune!
  8. Got an odd and annoying problem this afternoon. While driving along the coolant temp warning came on and kept flashing and then I noticed that my heating wasn't working and didn't for the whole of my 40min drive home! I checked the coolant and it is filled to max so I have no idea what is wrong with it but I'm hoping to get into the garage tomorrow!
  9. Hi guys, I am wanting to get something to connect my ipod up to the OEM stereo in my 2004 furby vrs. The only difficultly is I already have a CD changer and I also have a Parrot bluetooth car kit plumbed into it. Is there anything anyone suggests to get my ipod connect without affecting any of the stuff I already have connected? Cheers
  10. In case anyone was wondering I fixed the problem!! A VAG-COM scan found no faults so i decided to re-seat the fuses for the windows, fuse 56 for the front left window fixed the issue of the window not working. After this I had to use the one touch reset procedure and now everything is hunky dory!!
  11. I don't think so. If that was the case why would the one touch on my drivers side have packed up too. Plus, this has happened before but the garage just fixed it when it went in for something else (it was still under warranty then too)
  12. I had a go at that earlier but it didn't seem to work. The windows didn't open when I turn the key.
  13. Hi, I am having some bother with my leccy windows, they were working fine yesterday but not today! My drivers side one will go down but I have to hold the button down, same for putting it back up. The passenger window will not go up or down all! This was working yesterday evening, got in the car the morning and found the fault! Any ideas?? P.S. I have VAG-COM and a cable if anything needs to be done on there.
  14. Yeah, this is where I was looking. I've piked the car up now, servie was
  15. I've told them to leave the brakes and I'll get a 2nd opinion. 90% of the driving I do is on the motorway so I also find it hard to believe that I need new brakes already, even on the front! Been looking online and I can get the parts for about £180 and then just someone to fit them for me.
