  1. common fault all four door seals leak so look for signs of wet seats or footwells
  2. This sort of post puts me off getting a remap:( when you look at angeltuning.co.uk they seem to have figures of there remap which is a big difference for the vrs. Maybe you could of gone for a little more torque without needing a new clutch:confused:

  4. enjoy the beaches hope its the weather, have a pasty from philps in hayle and then a ice cream from mr b's. Head down to the lizard for a pasty at anns famous! was on ITV and then later in the day fish and chips at the smugglers they are the best fresh f&c i know. Truro is nice to vist, enjoy costal walks around most areas will have a great time!

  7. I think if you see what you have said you no that you have done the right thing by getting the vrs and even more so when its an SE, i love the colour and seats too! you will not be doubting the choice once your driving with a big grin on your face:cool: enjoy:)

On the topic of a remap i am based in cornwall, st ives miles away from jabba and such, i have found a company called RK Engineering i think they are done by a company called custom code? are these a good one to have for £350 or angel remaps have quoted £300 coming to were a live, the only thing is that the RK one have a rolling road anyhelp would be great! thanks:)

Sorry i cant help but i have just picked up my vrs up last week a 56reg and looking at the door cards i seem to have the same problem, or it has had the problem before :thumbdwn: its been raining the last two days but not been out to check the car so i will look tomorrow, but it seems like im in the same boat as you :(

  17. Hello everybody, i have just bought a fabia vrs after driving my ford fiesta zetec 1.25 for 5years! looked around and picked the vrs as i love it!! It is a 56reg in red, trying to work out how to post a picture:cool: also looking on any advice on the remaps:confused: i have looked on the forum but it seems like more money needs to be spent on clutch problems and so on, as i was only looking at 20-30bhp more would i still be having problems?
