im not acctually bothered about the polo just a cheap car to get. im liking the sound of the lupo and arosa but am worried about the size of the engine bay. think i need to do my research befor jumping into it. am liking all the sugestions and advice though

i like the sound of that cant imagine there been much space to work on it but it would make one hell of a car. i am open to any ideas and hopefully pick up some advice

because i have my written of VRS in the garage and i am sick of just looking at it, just wondering what cars i could get for cheap that the engine would go into (except for a fabia)

i have a fabia vrs that has all the parts on it, not only the engine. i am aware there will be quite alot of work but was just wondering if it would go without too much modification to the car

mabye have a look at your droplinks to see if they are still tight and also check rubber mounts to see if they are worn.

so you have to change the manifold aswell ??

Hello all, fair enough people say the pd130/150 garrett turbos fit on the fab VRS but what codes are these turbos?? Does a Garrett GT1544 T15 turbo fit?? bit random but just what i have been offered

my expansion tank is as clean as anything, i will take the cap off and have a look

twice in this last week when i have started my car on a morning the red water light has stayed on and flashed. knocked the engine off restarted and the light goes off. any advice on why it is doing this?

Does anybody change their wheels in the winter on their VRS? what do they handle like in snow?

Hello all, Does anybody know if there is anywhere in the north-east who could MAP out my EGR due to delete pipe bringing up my engine light?

Mine judders between 20-25rpm... has done since i got the remap done but touch wook 15k on still no problems and no slipping on a 55k oem clutch and fly

for a decent price i could strip Eugene Donnellys kit off his whilst he is sleeping if you want?? now that is a nice car Dont know what one would look like on the road but would be nice to see. Good luck with that and keep us updated.

I dont think this would happen with the fabia paintwork, and normally this happens due to ppl who just dont give a .....

It is not correctly explained there as the solvent that is acctually used should not evenn be classed as a solvent. They would not advise to use it if it did damage as they state for a fact it can be used to clean tar and stains from paintwork WD-40 Myths, Legends and Fun Facts use it or dont your choice
