  1. Dear Fabia expert, I read this post, which I hope to get same help and advice as well. i have a same skoda fabia 1.4 16v 100hp engine code AUB. I have the following two fault codes from the error code reader: 16786 18020 - How to reset this code? My car engine is a bit lumpy when accelerating on a steep hill using 2nd gear (more obvious in third gear), I could easily hear the leaking sound, it seems like there is a air blocked or perhaps leaking somewhere. Last week, I replaced a new EGR valve myself and erased the error codes. However, after 6 miles, the same fault codes appear again. Still can hear the leaking sounds. I tried the throttle body before, which didn't help as well. It is interesting to know how to take out the EGR pipe from the engine and clean it. It seems like very hard to get it out. Sorry for the long message. But, desperately needs some advice. Thank you so much, Kuan
  2. Have you managed to fix your 17559 fault problem? I got the same problem recently. How do you fix it? I tried to clean the throttle body and the excessive oil around them, and reset it. the warning light came back on after 100 miles driving.
  3. Dear Skoda Expect Recently my car got this problem. I tried to clean the throttle body myself and the excessive oil around the areas and reset the warning light. However, it comes back on again after driving 100 miles. My car engine is a bit lumpy when accelerating on a steep hill using 2nd gear (more obvious in third gear), I could easily hear the jerking sound (not too sure whether I described it correctly). It seems like there is a air blocked or perhaps leaking somewhere. I searched on the internet, it is related to the piston ring fault, and it is a common problem to skoda fabia 1.4 1.6V 100bhs engine. Is there any best and cheap way to resolve this problem? Do I have to change a new piston ring? Is injection fuel cleaner helpful in this problem? Thanks for reading this post
