  1. That available on all models/versions, thinking I'll take a look at how to do that, as was a PITA getting flashed every 5 mins, empty toll roads too!
  2. Thanks, tried some Halfords ones earlier this year and still got flashed. Could find out how to exactly fit them though?? Any ideas? Skoda ones sound good?
  3. Tried both manually, didn't seem to make a different, got flashed by almost every lorry we passed for 6 hours!
  4. Hi all Tried just using the auto and then manual LHD and RHD headlight driving mode in infotainment last year, and got fed up with being constantly flashed in France. So I tried to use some headlight deflectors earlier this year and had just as many flashes! I've got a Feb 2018 VRS 230 if that helps. How's everyone else's experience of driving at night in Europe? If it's just me then I guess I need to go back to Skoda and see if my lights need some sort of manual adjustment. Thanks, I know there are a few posts on "how to", but not did it work? Dan
  5. 2.0 TSI VRS 230 Quartz grey, black pack, sunroofed hatch
  6. Hi all I have my first Octavia VRS 03 plate for about a month now and love it, but this morning on way to work my car went into limp mode with a flashing engine management light!!!!!! Also terrible fuel consumption! Had this sort of thing with other cars I had owned so was guessing at one of the oxygen sensors MAP/MAF ???? At lunch I took the engine cover off and spotted that the crank case breather pipe (found that out on tinterweb not a mechanic) had a very large split in. Held it together and got my mate rev and it seemed to be better, so got on to Skoda and have one coming in the morning. Only thing that is worrying me is that if it is only a breather hose, sp why did it effect the performance so much, is it just a pressure issue or could this split that has probably been there for ages had any knock on effects? perhaps blocked or damaged sensors or something? I am hoping that at the weekend when I fit the new pipe and reset the ecu (fault codes) by disconnecting the battery everything will be fine. If anything above is wrong or you think I should expect other problems please let me know soon as. Thanks for all your help, I want my power back Dan
