Hi I have owned my VRS since October and requested the flex service schedule as I do about 25k a year. My dash has flashed up that I need an oil service in 1700 miles? I have done nearly 8k already. I have attached a photo from the service menu. Is this correct as I thought my first service would be around 20k miles. Thanks

Hi thanks for the replys. I've had some paint mixed so will touch them up tomorrow and post some pics of my work! Had a quote of £115 to sort them both out so I'll wait until winters gone and get them done. Thanks all

Thanks for the replys. It's just black rubber so should be OK.£200 sounds a lot when I think they are about that for a new one. Think I'll wait and see how I get on through the winter. Cheers

Hi Just after a bit of advice, I curbed two of my xtreme 19" alloys a couple of nights ago. I'm proper gutted. I phoned a wheel refurb place but they won't touch diamond cut alloys and couldn't recommend another place to fix them. I was thinking of just touching them up with a pen using F7S colour mixed at halfords (correct colour?). Has anyone got any better suggestions or recommend someone to sort them around Birmingham. Attached some pics to show the damage. Thanks

Hi, picked up my car new VRS on Friday. I printed off a checklist I got from this site and ticked it off as I checked. I washed and waxed it yesterday and when I look real close I can see what looks like rust/tar spots on the car. Phoned the dealer and they reckon it's tar, I've tried to get it off but that's a no go. Anybody know what it could be?

Looking for a fabia VRS and found this SE version with 78k on for £3200. Its on Gumtree but the phone number is not complete and the email address is included in the Photos. I did a google search on the email [email protected] and it brings back loads of cars all over the place. You can view them using the cached option. Seems real dodgy to me.
