  1. Hey guys, i have a Felicia with remote central locking but a little while ago my car batt died and have 2 bump start ever since then its not worked, rang up skoda and they said they don't know what to do since not many were made with remote locking. I am hoping that by plugging it into VAG COM then the ECU can be reset and all will be well. Does anyone in the Sandhurst, Bracknell, Aldershot, Camberley sort of area have VAG-COM and be willing to have a look at it 4 me, free of charge Cheers in advance, and if anyone knows of how to fix this without needing to use VAG COM please let me know!! :D Thanks alot!
  2. bought new remote battery, ive tryed turning the immobliser and alarm off with the key under the bonnet then starting the car and then re-enabling it but still nothing. don't know what else i can do? any more suggestions?
  3. Ok well im going to keep driving the car and replace the battery in the remote it worked fine the morning before the battery died but its proberbly worth putting a new one in because it must be over year old by now!
  4. Today i was sat in my car listening 2 some music with the engine off and when i tried to start the car the battery was DEAD So after perswading a couple of mates to push my tonne of a car up a hill so that they could push me down it to bump start me i was away and i went for a drive without any electrical equipment on for about 20miles. When i got home i went to lock the car with the "bleeper" and nothing happened so i had to use the key to lock the doors and of course this doesnt activate the alarm :thumbdwn: I rang skoda and told them what happened and they seemed rather confused lol they told me that maybe it wasnt working because the battery didnt have enough charge and told me to leave the car idling with the lights on. I did this for aprox 1hour but still no luck! Anybody have any ideas of what might of happened? I did ask the guy that if when the battery was flat that the "bleeper" had somehow unsync'd with my car and he said this was unlikly as he had never herd of it before. I also turned the immobilsor off and back on again under the bonnet with the key provided. This is a manufactured alarm and centeral locking system. Hope i've given enough detail for someone to help!

  7. Hey, i have opened it up. There is al black bar going landscape across the door and it seems the window is stuck on that. I think maybe the bar that the window slides down on is slightly bent. I am going 2 try and bend it back. hopefully that will fix it.
  8. Hey guys! 1st post. As the weather has been rather nice the last couple days i have been keeping the windows down, but this morning i got in my car and it would only wind down half way! i was like any idea's what it is. Im not very good with fixing it, but also have no money! sum1 said it might be the mechanism but it wind's down half way fine and when it gets there it feels like it does when it gets to the bottom normally. (not electric btw)
